High speed - installation (connecting additional computers)
Note: TELUS High Speed Lite is not well-suited for connecting more than one computer to the Internet.
For best performance in connecting multiple devices or home networking, we recommend High Speed Enhanced or Regular. TELUS Wireless Networking includes a combination modem and router, a wireless connection option and increased technical support.
Otherwise, you will require either a hub or a router to network your computers. See your manufacturer's instructions for details on how to connect a hub or router to your modem and configure it to use TELUS High Speed. Hubs and routers are compared for use with TELUS High Speed below:

Once your equipment is connected, you will need to make sure your computer is configured to use TELUS High Speed. See the setting up your primary computer directions appropriate to your operating system for instructions on how to do this. Usually, you will only need to insert your TELUS Install Wizard CD.
You will also need to register the MAC address of your device in order for it to connect to the TELUS High Speed network.
