For the term of your service agreement, TELUS guarantees not to increase the monthly plan rate for your Internet access or decrease the included data volume limit for downloads and uploads in your monthly plan. Other charges can change (for example, charges for additional download/upload data usage or Internet security services). A cancellation fee of $120 applies (as liquidated damages and not as a penalty) to early termination of the service agreement. Service is also available on a month-to-month basis for an additional $5/month more than the monthly plan rate on a service agreement.

$50 Future Shop gift card available to new residential clients in serviceable areas who order and activate the TELUS High Speed Internet Lite, Regular or Enhanced on a 1, 2 or 3 year term through the telus.com Web site between November 1st and January 31st 2008 or while quantities last. Gift cards will be mailed out upon the client's activation date and will take approximately 2 weeks for delivery. TELUS reserves the rights to substitute with a card of equal or greater value from a different retailer without notice.
