Visual Call Waiting shows you the names and numbers of incoming calls when you're already on the phone. Here's how it works:

• Call Waiting beeps to notify you of an incoming call, then Visual Call Waiting displays the caller's name and number.
• You decide if you want to interrupt your first call to answer the second.
