Directory Assistance can provide you with a quick and easy way to obtain published Canadian, U.S.and international phone numbers. You can also obtain published addresses and postal codes for Canadian and U.S. listings.

When calling directory assistance from your residential phone

You can access directory assistance in two ways:

• Dial 411 for directory assistance at any time to obtain published Canadian and U.S. listings
• Dial "0" for directory assistance at any time to obtain published international listings (listings outside of Canada and the U.S.).

When calling directory assistance from outside of Alberta, British Columbia or Ontario

You can access directory assistance to obtain published phone numbers, addresses and postal codes for listings in Canada and the US when you're away from home:

1. Dial 1-800-646-0000
2. Select option "1" for English or "2" for French
3. Select option "2" for Directory Assistance, and followthe prompts

Automated Call Completion

Once you receive the phone number you want using Directory Assistance, you can have your call completed automatically at no additional charge. This service is available for directory assistance calls accessing local, Canadian and American listings.

Directory Assistance for Toll-Free listings

Dial 1-800-555-1212 to find out if a company has a toll-free phone number. No charges apply.
