Switch to e.Bill

1Log in to your account. Register if you don't have one.
2Click your Account #.
3From the Billing method section, click Turn off paper bill.
4Click Submit.

Adding channels just got easier.

Optik TV customers can now instantly manage your TV programming choices online or directly from your TV using your remote control.

To manage your Optik TV programming through your telus.com account, log in and launch the Manage my channels app by clicking ‘view details’ for your Optik TV service.

Or add channels directly on your TV by tuning to a channel you are not subscribed to, pressing ‘OK’ on your remote control and following the step-by-step instructions on your screen.
