How to Access TV On Demand

Watch on TV

Press the Video On Demand button on your remote.
Navigate through the menu to “TV On Demand”.
Select a channel category.
Choose from a selection of commercial free TV On Demand shows and movies.
You must be subscribed to the channel to watch the On Demand programs. To subscribe, chat live with an agent or call 310-MYTV (6988).

Watch on your laptop, tablet or smartphone*

Create an Optik TV account. To find out how, watch our tutorial video or follow the steps listed here.
Search for “Optik TV” in your device's app store and download the app. If you are using a computer, visit telus.com/optiktvonline.
Click on “Log in” and enter your Optik TV account email and password.
Choose from a selection of commercial free TV On Demand shows and movies.
You must be subscribed to the channel to watch the On Demand programs. To subscribe, chat live with an agent or call 310-MYTV (6988).
