TELUS Satellite TV^® terms of service amendments

The following amendments to the Service Terms come into effect on October 25, 2009.

1. Section 5(b) of the Agreement is amended by replacing the words “at the prime rate of the Bank of Montreal plus 7%, converted to a monthly compound rate and rounded up to the nearest quarter percentage point, calculated from the due date” with the words “of 2% per month (26.82% per year), calculated from the billing date for those charges”.
