Just because a site is up doesn’t mean it’s complete. Think about the user experience and the functionality. A lot of folks are posting blogs to keep people coming back. (Submitted September 2009)

Does your staff understand your vision? It’s so important! When everyone is on the same page they can’t help but serve the customer better. (Submitted September 2009)

Being in business provides you with the opportunity to give back to the community that supports you. Contributing to local charities in product rather than monetarily can provide you with great exposure as well as giving back to your local community. (Submitted September 2009)

Always carry and give out your business cards. (Submitted September 2009)

Be at work at least 1 hour before opening and stay 1 hour after closing and work will progress twice as fast. (Submitted September 2009)
