- Voting/Polling allows participants to provide anonymous input to polls, focus groups, research surveys or any query that requires tabulated results. Participants vote using their Touch Tone keypad; TELUS Teleconferencing polling provides immediate results.
- Conference monitoring and operator assistance
- Digital Recording and Playback on Demand allows you to make sessions available to a broader audience; participants can pause, fast forward or rewind
- Meeting statistics available including list of attendees with name and company name, names of participants that posed questions, etc

Easy to use: To initiate a TELUS Crisis Management conference:
- Dial the toll-free access number
- Enter your PIN code
- The TELUS system simultaneously blast-dials to your entire response team
- Participants enter a touch-tone sequence to be added to the meeting – ensuring voice mail and other unwanted responses are not added to your conference
- Within seconds your entire crisis management team has been assembled
- Flexibility in contact lists. You can have multiple contact lists for various response teams. Key personnel and emergency phone numbers can be associated with different types of emergencies. Multiple phone numbers for each participant are possible to ensure contact is made.
- Secure access to the conference. Each participant is required to enter a touch-tone sequence to be added to the meeting.
- Support when you need it. TELUS Conference Representatives are available 24/7 to provide additional assistance if you require it. Our team can dial out to additional individuals, or can act on your specific instructions to ensure that key personnel are tracked down. Simply press *0 from within your conference.

Contracted rates
- TELUS provides multiple pricing options and rate plans, with lower rates based on contract term and estimated annual usage. Even with contracted usage, you are only billed for exactly what you use, with no minimum charges or set-up fees.
Business One
- TELUS also provides Audio Conferencing as part of the Business One Bundle which includes North America toll free Audio Conference access at no additional cost:

Conferences can include a mixture of participants dialing in locally or via toll free access.
