Connecting to your conference call

• Dial the conference access number
• When prompted, enter your name then press # 
• If prompted, say your name then press # 
• Your recorded name will announce you into the meeting or a tone will signal that you have been added to the meeting.

Helpful conferencing tips

• Press *0 for help from a TELUS conference representative any time during your meeting
• When using a speaker phone, try to ensure that you are in a quiet location
• Press *6 to mute your line.  This is particularly helpful if you are in a noisy location, because it minimizes background noise when you are not speaking.  Press *6 again to turn mute off and allow audio to your line.

Dial in options

Local number access - Your participants have local number access from six cities across Canada:  Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Edmonton.

North American toll-free access - For all North American locations, participants use a single '800' number to access your conference call.  Long distance charges are applied to the chairperson's bill.

Global toll-free access - International participants use a single, global '800' number to access your conference call from more than 30 countries.  Overseas charges are applied to the chairperson's bill.

      North America - area code + number, do not dial 1;
      International - 011 + number, include    country & city codes
