How do I qualify for the Business One Solution?
To qualify for the Business One Solution, you must pick a minimum of two core services, including Business Digital Phone, Managed Business Internet, Mobility, Business Email, Shared Hosting and Workspace Service, and must sign a 1 year, 3 year or 5 year contract.

Do I have to enter into a contract for all of the services included with my Business One Solution?
No. To enjoy the benefits of the Business One Solution, you only need to sign a commitment to maintain two of the core services for the period of the contract. You can change any of the discounted options at any time with no additional commitment required.

Will I be charged for changing my Business One contract term?
You can increase the length of your term without penalty at any time. However, you may not shorten the length of the agreed term without incurring termination fees. These fees will be specified in your contract.

What happens after the term of my Business One contract expires?
Your contract will be automatically renewed for the same period as your initial contract term, unless you make different arrangements with TELUS, as described in your contract. For example, if the initial term was one year, your contract will be automatically renewed for an additional year.

What happens to my contract if I move or sell my business?
Your contract can simply move with you as long as your core services are available in your new location. If you sell your business, you have the option of transferring the responsibility of your existing contract to the new owner, with consent and only if your business account is in good standing.
