Understanding your bill
At TELUS, we're committed to ensuring that our bills are accurate, timely, and easy to understand. To that end, we have implemented a program to upgrade our billing and Client Care systems. At part of this upgrade, you will see some changes to the appearance of your bill.
If this is the first time you are seeing the new bill format, your Internet services are now billed on the same day as your other TELUS services. Prior to the change your Internet services and your other TELUS services were billed on different days. Because of this change, you may see the following on your most recent telephone bill under the heading of "Additional charges and credits":
- the regular monthly charge for your Internet service
- a partial monthly adjustment appearing as a charge or credit depending on your previous Internet billing date to bring your Internet services into the same billing period as your other TELUS services
On future bills, all your TELUS services will be billed on the same day, making it easier to understand the monthly charges for each service.
