How to use Visual Call Waiting
To use Visual Call Waiting, you will require a Visual Call Waiting-compatible telephone as well as Call Waiting and Call Display.
When a call comes in, Call Waiting will beep and then Visual Call Waiting will display the name and number of the caller.
You can choose to handle the call in one of the following ways:
- Put the first caller on hold and answer the incoming call by pressing the receiver, link or flash button.
- Use the Link softkey to toggle between the two callers.
- Use the Goodbye key to end the first call and answer the second call.
- Ignore the call and send it to your TELUS Voice Mail.
