TELUS Premium Care is designed to help you with your technical problems. Premium Care customers can access a dedicated support team that is separate from the normal TELUS technical support department. Let Premium Care help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. *
Premium Care provides 2 levels of service:
- Remote assistance support: This feature allows you to contact our specially trained technical support team 24/7 whenever you have a problem. Our staff can fix any issue you might be having with your computer at your convenience remotely as if they were in your home in front of your computer.
- Visit to your home: If we are unable to help fix your problem through the remote assistance feature or you need hardware upgrades, we can dispatch a technician to your home to help you in person.

- From $49 per home visit depending on required service.
