Business Connect users or Admins can call forward your extension to another phone number.
Note
: You can only call forward to phone numbers that are not already registered on your account.

Forward calls as a Business Connect User
Log in to
Business Connect Voice Manager
Select
Settings > Call Handling & Forwarding
In the call handling list, enter the
phone number
you wish to forward the calls to

Save

Select
Users
Select the user's
Extension

Call Handling & Forwarding
