Upon signing up for the VoIP Services and at subsequent times as requested by TELUS, the Customer agrees to provide to TELUS with its true, accurate, current, and complete personal name or business name, administrator name, billing address, shipping address, the addresses where the VoIP Services shall primarily be used, 911 registered address for each VoIP Phone line, e-mail address, contact phone number, credit card information, and other data which may be necessary to administer its VoIP Services profile (collectively, “
Registration Data
”). The Customer represents and warrants that the Registration Data it provides is accurate, current, and complete, and agrees to promptly update any of the Registration Data if it changes. If the Customer provides Registration Data that is, or that TELUS suspects to be, false, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, TELUS has the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate the VoIP Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all VoIP Services by the Customer.
