Setting up voicemail and greeting for TELUS Business customers
Setting up voicemail and greeting for TELUS Business customers
Users and Admins can customize what callers hear as your extension's voicemail greeting.
Setup voicemail and greeting as a User
Log in to
Business Connect Voice Manager
Select
Settings > Messages > User Hours
or
After Hours
Select
Edit
under
Company Hours Greeting
or
After Hours Greeting
Change
Set Greeting
to
Custom
and choose your recording method:
Over the Phone
Via computer microphone
Importing
If you are editing a previously recorded greeting, select the
red Record button
and select your recording method
Once the recording is uploaded, select
Done
Set up voicemail and greeting as an Admin
Log in to
Business Connect Voice Manager
Select
Users >
select the
User Extension > Messages > User Hours
or
After Hours
Select
Edit
under
Voicemail Greeting
Change
Set Greeting
to
Custom
and choose your recording method:
Over the Phone
Via computer microphone
Importing
