Troubleshooting for TELUS Business customers: Error message when viewing TELUS Business e.Bill

Configuring your web browser to accept cookies in order to view your e.Bill

If you're able to log in to your account but you're seeing an error message when you try viewing your TELUS Business e.Bill try the following:

Check your Web browser settings

Cookies help you access pages in your account and do not contain your credit card information or email address. Your browser may not be configured to accept cookies.

Internet Explorer

  1. Launch
    Internet Explorer

  2. From the top taskbar, click
    Tools
    NOTE:
    If your browser taskbar is not displayed, press
    Alt
    on your keyboard

  3. Select
    Internet Options
    . The
    Internet Options
    window is displayed

  4. Click the
    Privacy
    tab

  5. Lower
    your privacy setting

  6. When you're finished, click
    OK
