Manage your recording rules for TELUS Secure Business cameras

Learn how to navigate and manage your recording rules for your TELUS Secure Business cameras.

Steps to manage video camera recording rules in the TELUS Secure Business app or web portal

  1. Log in to the
    web portal
     or Secure Business app.

  2. Select
    Video
    from the menu on the left-hand side (web portal) or bottom of the screen (mobile app).

  3. From the top navigation bar, select
    Recording Rules
    . In the mobile app, select
    Settings
    first.

  4. To pause a recording rule, select
    Pause Options
    and the length of time to pause the recording rule.

  5. To edit an existing rule, select the pencil icon.

  6. To delete an existing rule, select the garbage icon.
