Additionally, starting January 1, 2025, Magnolia Network (channel 311), Cooking Channel (channel 317), Discovery (channel 701), Investigation Discovery (channel 378), Discovery Velocity (711), Discovery Science (channel 702) and Animal Planet (channel 721) will no longer be offered on Business Optik TV. The channels will be removed from your account and any theme packs. No action is required on your part.

If you were paying for any of these channels as a standalone channel, you will no longer be charged for the channel moving forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As of December 31, 2023, Paramount (Optik channels 390/9390, Satellite channel 628), ProSiebenSat.1 Welt (Optik channel 2971, Satellite channel 710) and Deutsche Welle (Optik channel 2973, Satellite channel 709) will be turned down by the provider.

As of October 31, 2023, Calm (channel 351) will be turned down.

As of October 31, 2023, ESPN (channel 951) will be turned down by the provider.

Jewelry TV launches on Optik TV on channels 151 and 343. : It will be launched in the system early, but no content will be shown and it should not be added to customer accounts until full launch.

As of September 8, 2023, the NFL on the

Optik App

will launch for Mediaroom customers.

As of July 20, 2023, the FIFA World Cup app will launch on 4K Optik equipment.

As of March 31, 2023, The News Forum will begin to air in MST/PST zones instead of EST zone.

As of March 27, 2023, the Teletoon and Cartoon Network will be rebranded to Boomerang and Cartoon Network.

As of March 2, 2022, Russia Today and Channel One Russia will no longer be offered on Business TV. The channels will be removed from your account and any packs, and no action is required on your part. If you were paying for Russia Today or Channel One Russia as a standalone channel, you will no longer be charged for the channel moving forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
