How to reset the Network Access Hub to factory settings
Description
The Network Access Hub, is a next generation fibre optic gateway with a modern and understated design that supports premium gigabit speeds for Business customers.
The Network Access Hub is compatible with fibre installs and supports Static IP Subnet and legacy DHCP static IP. This modem pairs with the Boost to enable wireless connections.

Modem is factory resetting
How to reset the Network Access Hub to factory settings
Factory resetting your modem will put all the settings back to default configuration. You should only do this if you are instructed to do so by one of our agents or one of our support articles.
To reset your TELUS Network Access Hub to its original factory settings:
Remove the top cover
Locate the ports side of the device and the location of the
Factory Reset button
on the right
Using a thin object (ex. a needle, paper clip, toothpick),
press and hold the Factory Reset button for 10 seconds
until the Internet light turns red
Release the Factory Reset button
Your TELUS modem will restart automatically
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the process to complete
Note
: Restarting or resetting your modem may only provide a temporary fix to your problem, if you find the issue reoccurs
