Camera Privacy

Keeping the images captured by your cameras private

By default, the account owner is the only one who can see any cameras associated with the account. The account owner may grant access to other account members (logins) to view a camera or multiple cameras, as required.

The cameras use advanced MD5-based "digest authentication" for user authentication. For security and privacy reasons, TELUS team members cannot set a password for a TELUS Secure Business User. Since TELUS and our partner
Alarm.com
do not have access to your Wi-Fi network, we also will not have access to any images or videos captured by the cameras.

Security Tips
:

  • Review and update your account member list regularly

  • Use strong passwords for Wi-Fi network
