How do I set up my Enterprise notifications and make updates to notification settings?

How do I add or remove notification recipients from my group?

How to add notification recipients

You must add users to each notification you want them to receive. There is no limit to the number of users that can be added to receive a notification. You can manage notification recipients via the TELUS Secure Business web portal or app.

Here’s how to configure notification recipients using the TELUS Secure Business app:

Log in to the TELUS Secure Business app (
iOS
or
Android
)
Tap this icon:
Tap
Notifications
Tap this icon:
Tap this icon to create a new notification or tap an existing notification to update it:
Tap
Add
to select notification recipients
Select the users in the address book to be notified or tap
Add Contact
to add a new address book entry
Once all of the desired recipients are selected, tap
Close
Check that all recipients selected are correct
Tap
Save

Click
Notifications
Click
New Notification
to create a new notification or click the following icon to update an existing notification:

Add
to select notification recipients
Select the users in the address book to be notified or click

Check that all recipients selected are correct

Save

How to remove recipients from a notification

You can use the TELUS Secure Business web portal or app to remove a user from a notification’s recipient list.

Select the notification you want to edit
