No term commitment is required for the Security Monitoring Plus plan. Customers can cancel at any time without penalty, effective at the end of their billing cycles. Home insurance providers may offer discounts when security systems with professional monitoring are installed. Discounts may range from 5 - 20%. Check with your home insurance provider for eligibility.
Offer applies to regular price of all TELUS SmartHome Security (“SHS”) plans excluding Smart Camera. SHS plans require either a 3-year or 5-year term, except Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, which only qualify for a 3-year term. Available to existing consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who have not subscribed to SHS services in the past 90 days. Customers with an active consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month for as long as the eligibility requirements are met or until the discount is no longer maintained. Discounts are applied on the SHS plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if the customer no longer meets eligibility requirements.
