Customers who sign up for Control Video + Video on a 3 or 5 year service agreement, are eligible to receive up to $1,300 in rental equipment. Included equipment is provided to TELUS SmartHome Security customers as part of the recurring monthly fee. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Purchased or rental equipment can be repaired or replaced with parts or equipment that are not original equipment manufacturer, refurbished or new, at our sole discretion.
A 3- to 5-year agreement is required. Customers with an active postpaid TELUS and Koodo mobile account can get a rebate of $10 per month. Applicable taxes extra.
