2. Chat with a TELUS Expert (via My TELUS app)

We'll work as quickly as possible to assist you with your concern and you don't have to stay in the app to wait for a response. You'll receive a text message when an expert responds and you can follow up at your convenience. 
Here’s how to start:
  1. Open the My TELUS app.
  2. Tapthe ? icon > Message us.
  3. Chat with the TELUS Virtual Assistant. If your topic is supported, you’ll see Message a TELUS Expert.
  4. Select Continue to TELUS Expert to begin.

3. File a complaint to our Management Team

If your issue remains unresolved after speaking with customer service, please complete the form below. Depending on the nature of your concern, our Management team or a member of our support team will call you within one to two business days to assist you further.
