Steps to activate your upgraded email account

You’re almost there. If your email account has been upgraded, you have to now activate it in Google. Follow the step-by-step instructions using this interactive tool.

The process will take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on your specific setup.

Here’s what you will need:

  • Your TELUS email address. For a complete list of all your TELUS email addresses, go to
    My TELUS
    , select
    Internet
    and then
    Email

  • Your TELUS email password. If you don’t remember your TELUS email password, visit
    telus.com/reset
     for information on how to reset it using My TELUS
