"I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the follow up and the gift basket with treats for my cat and myself after a fire event like this. I did not think a company could do something like this for me and my cat. Thank you very much, I really did not see that coming at all.
My cat is scared of the toy mouse you also sent me but I am sure he will get used to it!
