If your plan includes credit reports, scores, and/or credit monitoring features (“Credit Features”), two requirements must be met to receive said features: (i) your identity must be successfully verified with TransUnion; and (ii) TransUnion and Equifax must be able to locate your credit file that contains sufficient credit history information. IF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FEATURES FROM THE BUREAUS. You will receive Credit Features once the verification process is successfully completed. Any credit monitoring will take several days to begin after your successful plan enrollment.

Offer subject to change without notice. TELUS Online Security ("TOS") does not require a 2-year agreement. Regular price of TOS Complete is $20/month, and TOS Ultimate is $30/month. Regular price is subject to change without notice. New and existing TELUS mobility or home services customers customers (who are currently not subscribed to TOS Complete or TOS Ultimate) will receive a discount of $5/month on their Complete subscription or $10/month on their Ultimate subscription for 24 months, as long as they keep their bundled mobility or home services active. Discount will expire after 24 months from activation of TOS, and regular price will apply from month 25. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a TELUS representative.
