Cancelling scheduled TV recordings for TELUS Business customers

How to cancel recordings you've set for a single episode or a series

On your remote, press the
Rec TV
or
Recorded TV
button.

To cancel a single episode recording:

  • Use the arrow button to select
    Scheduled

  • Select the show you wish to cancel

  • Press
    Don't record

To cancel a series:

  • Use the arrow button to select
    Series

  • Select the series you wish to cancel

  • Press
    Cancel series
