Change your login email address

Learn how to change or update your My TELUS login email address.

  1. Log in to
    My TELUS

  2. Go to
    My Profile

  3. Under
    Billing name
    , select
    Change email address
    as highlighted below

    Change email address
  4. You will be asked to verify your profile by sending a 6-digit code to your current login email address:

    Verify your profile
  5. Once you validate the code, enter your new email address as seen below:

    Change email address submit
  6. Select
    Submit
