The Data Manager feature is available to business customers with TELUS Mobility accounts consisting of 10 subscribers or less. You can access it on the
link under the applicable subscriber. You will then land on the
Data Manager
page shown below.
Notification and block settings
Want to be notified when you are nearing your mobile data limit? Control all settings related to data notifications and set up data blocks using Data Manager:
Notifications and blocks
: Get notified about your monthly data and any additional data charges by email or text message. Plus, avoid overage charges by setting up data blocks.
Usage notifications
: Set up notifications for when your data usage reaches a certain percentage. They will apply to any shared data plans, roaming passes and data top-ups.
Charge notifications and blocks
: Set up notifications for when your data charges reach a certain amount. You can also set up data blocks to avoid overage charges.
Notification preferences
: Choose to receive notifications via email or text.
Blocking preferences
: Choose who can unblock data for all users and allow additional charges that will be billed at the pay-per-use rate.
