How to download and access the My TELUS app for TELUS Business customers
The My TELUS App can be used to do almost everything you can do via the My TELUS website but in a convenient on-the-go format.
This article will teach you how to:
Download the My TELUS App
Log into the app to view your account
Before we begin you must first verify that:
You have an active TELUS account
You have an SMS and web-enabled device
You are in a service area that supports data or Wi-Fi connectivity
Tip
: If you do not have an existing My TELUS self-serve profile, you can complete your portal registration on the app once installed.
Note
: The app works on tablets and iPads but is not tailored for use on these devices.
How to download the My TELUS app
There are several ways to download the app. Choose the most convenient for you.
Text
Text the word "APP" to 35353 to receive a message with a My TELUS App download link.
App Store or Google Play Store
Download the app directly from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android):
Search for "My TELUS"
Select
Install
and follow the onscreen process
Once the app has been installed, select the icon to access the My TELUS app
Sign in using your existing My TELUS username and password.
Tip
: If you are already registered to My TELUS but have forgotten your password or username, select either
Forgot your email/username?
or
Forgot your password?
to reset them.
Note
: Keep in mind that downloading the My TELUS App can use anywhere from 10-100MB of data when not on Wi-Fi. You can find the size of the download displayed in the app store under
Information
.
Complete Self-Serve Portal Registration on the app
If you do not yet have a My TELUS profile, you can follow these steps to create one on the app.
Launch the app on your device
Select
Join My TELUS
Follow the instructions to complete the self-serve registration process:
Enter the
email address
to be used
Enter either the
phone number
or
account number
Select
Continue
Enter the
6-digit verification code
and select
Submit code
Create your profile
Enter
First and last name
Select a
Password
according to the shown criteria
Select a
security question and answer
Select
Create Profile

: Depending on the
User Role
, an approval may be required from the account manager.
: Keychain (iOS) and other similar password manager apps (Android) can be used to help you log in by saving usernames and passwords on your device. This is a function of the device and not a My TELUS feature.
Changing a user's name doesn’t affect the billing information, but it can help differentiate your users if you have many lines. It can also help you identify the devices your employees are using.
