How to enable Extended Network Coverage on your device for TELUS Business customers

• You may need to have data roaming enabled on your business mobile device.

• VoLTE and 5G networks are not accessible at this time. Your phone will connect only to the LTE network for data, and 3G network for voice.

• Your experience will differ when consulting your voicemail:

  • If you have regular voicemail, you will need to enter your voicemail passcode when retrieving your messages

  • If you have Visual Voicemail, it will continue to work the same as on the TELUS network

• You might not be able to dial and use the following short code numbers:

• You will not be able to use the following services:

  • TELUS Business Connect

• Calling long-distance

  • You will need to use the following dialling pattern to call long-distance: 1+ area code + phone number to connect

• If you are on a call, your call will be disconnected and you will need to call back.
