Troubleshooting for TELUS Business customers: Internet and Wi-Fi lights are on (Actiontec T3200M)

When both the Internet and Wi-Fi lights are on, your modem is operating normally.

Your modem is operating normally when both lights are on. Try the following steps:

  1. Check other devices in the building are not transferring large files and consuming your bandwidth

  2. Turn off devices not in use to prevent them from using up all the bandwidth

  3. Restart your device
