Offer is available for residential customers who have not subscribed to Custom Home Security in the past 90 days. Customers who sign up on Custom Security Plus or Custom Security Premium on a 3 or 5 year service agreement, with a minimum one time equipment spend of $1000, are eligible for a $0 a doorbell camera or an outdoor camera device (value $325). Cancellation fee applies for early termination of the service agreement for the promotional device, which will be the sum of $325, declining by $9.03 for every month on a 36 month term or $5.42 on a 60 month term, plus applicable taxes and reducing to $0 at the end of the commitment period. Final eligibility for the offer will be determined by a TELUS representative. Offer subject to change without notice, available while quantities last. TELUS reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or better product without notice. Offer expires December 2, 2024.
Offer subject to change without notice. Custom Home plans require either a 3-year or 5-year term. Available to customers who have not subscribed to Custom Home services in the past 90 days.
Regular prices of Custom Home plans are: $65/month for Custom Security Plus plan, and $75/month for Custom Security Premium. A $5/month discount will be applied to all plans for customers signing up for a 5-year term. The mobility bundle discount applies to the regular price of all TELUS Custom Home security plans. The Mobility discount is available to existing consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who have not subscribed to Custom Home security services in the past 90 days. Customers with an active consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month for as long as the eligibility requirements are met or until the discount is no longer maintained. Discounts are applied to the Custom Home security plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if the customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. Offer and regular pricing are subject to change without notice.
Minimum system requirements apply. Equipment may not be as shown. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a licensed and certified TELUS technician. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3-year or 5-year service agreement equal to $48.75 for the Custom Security Plus plan and $56.25/month for the Custom Security Premium plan, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes.
The professional installation fee is waived for Custom Home plans. Additional installation fees may apply for additional labour and extra equipment.
