Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for services charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services.If service is canceled within 90 days, any credits will be reversed and the amount will be charged to you in addition to any applicable cancellation fees. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For example, a $10 discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in BC includes $0.62 PST and $0.45 GST, meaning the credit value displayed will be $8.93. The $0.62 PST and $0.45 are captured as reductions in the amount of tax charged on your balance owing.
Channel selection varies by region. Due to content provider restrictions, some channels are only available to watch on your TELUS home internet connection.

The TELUS TV Digital Box is the property of TELUS and is provided as a monthly rental for a regular price of $10/mo. Customers on a 2-year service agreement receive a $10/mo discount equivalent to the price of the rental. Current rental rates apply thereafter. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Free installation and equipment rental is not available with Optik TV Basics. Downgrading to Optik TV Basics after accepting a promotional offer will trigger the cancellation fees associated with the plan and the installation and equipment rental charges.
