Offer applies to regular price of all TELUS SmartHome Security ("SHS") monitored plans and excludes Smart Camera and Smart Automation plans. SHS plans require either a 3-year term service agreement. Available to existing Manulife customers who have not subscribed to SHS services in the past 90 days. Manulife customers are eligible to receive $2 per month off the regular monthly price of TELUS SmartHome Security (“SHS”) plans, excluding Smart Camera. Offer requires activation of a new SHS plan on a 3-year term service agreement. Offer not available to existing SHS customers. Customers with an active TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month for the duration of the service agreement. Customers with an active eligible Home service will receive a discount of $5/month. Discount is applied on the SHS plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. TELUS will determine eligibility based on account information/ID check. TELUS reserves the right to remove discount if customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.The professional installation fee for all other customers is $450. Additional installation fees may apply for extra equipment. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install orders and is 100% refundable when service is activated within 30 days of order. This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill. Offer expires November 30, 2023.
