- Available to customers who have not subscribed to Optik TV in the last 90 days, when signing up on a 2 year service agreement. All TELUS home services taken at the same time are covered. All recurring monthly charges, as well as pay-per-use charges (such as for On Demand or Pay-per-View programming) up to $100, will be waived for any service cancelled in the 30 days after the order is complete. Promotional and installation credits will be reversed. If Optik TV service is cancelled, the cancellation fee for equipment rental will not apply (the rental equipment must still be returned).
