Customers who sign a 3 or 5 year contract for a TELUS SmartHome Security Control plus Video package receive 2 Door/Window Sensors valued at $35 each, 1 Motion sensors valued at $70, 1 Qolsys control panel valued at $495, choice of 1 camera valued at $280, and choice of 3 security sensors or smart devices including a smart thermostat valued at $180, a smart lock valued at $230, and a garage door controller valued at $120. Included equipment is provided to TELUS SmartHome Security customers as part of the recurring monthly rental fee. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.
Offer applies to regular price of all TELUS SmartHome Security (“SHS”) plans excluding Smart Camera. SHS plans require either a 3-year or 5-year term, except Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, which only qualify for a 3-year term. Available to existing TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who have not subscribed to SHS services in the past 90 days. Customers with an active TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month. Discounts are applied on the SHS plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if the customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. Professional installation fee of $150 applies for all professionally installed plans and customers who subscribe to 1 or more of the following services: post-paid TELUS Mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install orders and is 100% refundable when service is activated within 30 days of order.
