1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary. There are two ways to enter. Entrants must (i) complete and submit the online form located

. Only one entry per person is accepted. No other form of participation is accepted. In the event of a dispute on the entrant identity, the person who is the holder of the email address specified on the online form will be deemed to be the entrant.Contest runs February 4, 2025 9AM EST - March 31, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.
To be eligible entries must be received on or before the closing date of March 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Entrants must be a Canadian resident 18 years of age or older. Entries must be received on or before the end of contest closing date. Contest not open to employees of TELUS Corporation (“TELUS”) or any of their affiliated companies or subsidiaries, sales agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and members with whom they are domiciled.
By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree that any and all liability related to this contest by TELUS is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.
2. THE PRIZE
There will be two (2) winners selected. Each winner will receive the following prize: (the “Prize”):
- One (1) CDN $500 Prepaid Visa Gift Card
Prize must be accepted as awarded and with no substitutions, is/are not transferable unless set out in the Contest Rules and cannot be exchanged with TELUS for cash. TELUS reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equivalent value if such prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
3. THE DRAW
A random draw to select the winner of both prizes will take place on or about April 6, 2025. The selected entrant will be notified by email within four business days of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within four business days, or if the selected entrant does not meet all of the contest rules, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email at a prearranged mutually convenient time. The winning entrant must sign a standard Release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and releasing TELUS and its directors, officers, partnership interest holders, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest including liability arising from the acceptance of and usage of the prizes as awarded. Failure to comply with the Contest Rules or to sign and return the Release form within 3 business days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be drawn.
4. ENTRIES
All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by TELUS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from this contest. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of TELUS and its advertising and promotional agencies, corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest or for any other reason. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means or by spamming will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
5. PRIVACY
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by TELUS, without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to TELUS’ use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys. . 6. OTHER
Entrants that are customers of TELUS at the time of entry and/or at the time of prize award must have their TELUS accounts in good standing (with a current account balance that is no more than 30 days past due) in order to be eligible to win the prize.
- The $70 savings is a waiving of our $70 connection fee. Offer applicable online only on Mobility orders for smartphones, connected devices (ie. tablets, smartwatches) and Bring Your Own Device plans. Offer applicable to Mobility consumer accounts only. Offer not applicable to Business, Corporate or EPP account types.
- Offer is subject to change without notice. Available to TELUS residential customers who are subscribed to qualifying Internet, Optik TV, Smart Home Security and/or Home Phone services when activating on select 5G+ rate plans. Cannot be combined with promotional offers not mentioned in this advertisement. A $15/mo. bill credit will apply to the rate plan of your primary line on the account as long as eligibility requirements are met.
Consumer accounts only. Bill credit will be applied upon order completion and will appear on your first bill after activation. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for services charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services.

The device being traded in must have a minimum value of $25, and activate or renew on a 2 year Easy Payment plan. Devices traded online will receive Trade-in bonus and trade-in value in bill credits. Devices traded in-store will receive Trade-in bonus and trade-in value in either, in-store credits or a one time bill credit. Customers who choose to return their devices through a “Take home, trade later” program through a prepaid return shipping label will receive a prepaid virtual Mastercard within 10-15 business days of their device being evaluated or a one time bill credit. Limit of one trade in per customer. The final trade-in value will be confirmed once the device is received and evaluated. - Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement (0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. - Customers who sign up for Control Video + Video on a 3 or 5 year service agreement, are eligible to receive up to $1,300 in rental equipment. Included equipment is provided to TELUS SmartHome Security customers as part of the recurring monthly fee. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Purchased or rental equipment can be repaired or replaced with parts or equipment that are not original equipment manufacturer, refurbished or new, at our sole discretion.
- A 3- to 5-year agreement is required. Customers with an active postpaid TELUS and Koodo mobile account can get a rebate of $10 per month. Applicable taxes extra. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. The selection of equipment included in the package is subject to stock availability. Adding additional equipment may incur additional installation costs. At the end of the 3-year agreement, the amount for the Smart Automation Plus plan is $900 (regular price : $1,260), that for the Secure plan is $1,800 (regular price : $1,980), that for the Control + Video plan is $2,412 (regular price : $2,700). At the end of the contractual agreement, the current plan price will apply. Local permit fees and additional charges may apply in municipalities where the services of a patroller are required to verify alarms. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Equipment may not be as shown. The equipment remains the property of TELUS. If the service is canceled, the equipment provided as part of the package must be returned in good condition, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill. Offer expires March 31, 2025.
- To help you realize maximum savings, you must: - Respond to all energy savings events to earn maximum rewards - Leverage all energy savings automations prompted in the app - Incorporate tips & savings recommendations into your daily life - Connect the number of devices / appliances you selected to a smart plug. (Smart thermostats to control all of the heating and cooling in your home. Typically natural gas heated homes have 1 smart thermostat on the property and electrically heated homes have one per room) The savings are based on the following: 1) average energy rates in the province selected, 2) average energy consumption data in the selected household type, 3) average energy consumption data in the selected heating type, 4) average savings from the devices mentioned as part of the calculator, 5) average rewards customers can earn by participating in Energy events. This does NOT account for: size of home, age of home, level of insulation or number of occupants. Savings are not guaranteed and can greatly differ among customers based on several factors, including without limitation the level of engagement with the app, number of devices in the home and other factors outside of TELUS’ control. The more smart devices you connect under management the greater the opportunity you have to achieve savings.
- One-time $35 activation fee applies to all new orders of TELUS Health Mobile Medical Alert Pendant or LivingWell Companion products.
- Offers and regular pricing are subject to change without notice. The $180 saving corresponds to the total savings over one year, when compared to no-term pricing. Regular one-year term price is $50/mo. and regular no-term price is $65/mo. Minimum system requirements apply. A cancellation fee applies to the early termination of your LivingWell Go Companion service agreement. A cancellation fee may apply for early termination of the service agreement, equal to $15 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement, except in Quebec, where it cannot exceed $50. Equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise a replacement cost will be charged to the account.
