Call forwarding on your mobile device

Call Forwarding North America features include 3,000 minutes per month, forwarded from Canada to a Canadian or US number (75¢ per additional minute).

Once the feature is activated, call forwarding unconditional can be used on any device. Other types of call forwarding variants will be device dependant as not all configurations will be compatible.

: If Call Forwarding is not added to your rate plan,

Incoming calls are immediately forwarded to the destination number.

Most of the recent handsets use a setting within the phone to enable or disable this feature. Usually, it can be found in the section on the device. For all other devices, you can use the star feature below:
