Up to $100 trade in credit available to TELUS wireless customers who activate or renew on a Google Pixel 7, 7a, 7 Pro smartphone on a 2 year plan and who trade in an eligible device. Trade-in a Google Pixel 6 Pro 128GB valued at $100. Devices traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits. Limit of one trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon in-store evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC or TELUS Retail Limited (d.b.a. Mobile Klinik) and waives any claim against TELUS, Mobile Klinik and HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade in program. The trade-in program is available in Canada only and may be cancelled at any time without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the condition of the device being traded in.
To be eligible for Family discounts, at least two subscribers on an account must be on an unlimited plan. Only the subscribers on unlimited plans are eligible to receive the discounts. Discounts are as follows: $7.50 per line per month for two lines, $10 per line per month for three lines and $15 per line per month for four to nine lines. Discounts will be updated when subscribers are added or removed on an account. Consumer accounts only.

Regular prices of Custom Home plans are: $65/month for Custom Security Plus plan, and $75/month for Custom Security Premium. A $5/month discount will be applied to all plans for customers signing up for a 5-year term. The mobility bundle discount applies to the regular price of all TELUS Custom Home security plans. The Mobility discount is available to existing consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who have not subscribed to Custom Home security services in the past 90 days. Customers with an active consumer TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month for as long as the eligibility requirements are met or until the discount is no longer maintained. Discounts are applied to the Custom Home security plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if the customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3-year or 5-year service agreement equal to $48.75 for the Custom Security Plus plan and $56.25/month for the Custom Security Premium plan, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes.
The professional installation fee is waived for Custom Home plans. Additional installation fees may apply for additional labour and extra equipment.
