When you log in to the Caregiver Mobile app, you can refresh details about your loved one’s day and their Medical Alert device.
See their location - even if they travel across the country.
See notifications if the fall detection feature has been triggered or if the emergency button has been pressed.
See key activity metrics including their first motion of the day and daily steps without having to ask them.

How to set up the Caregiver Mobile app
STEP 1
Order TELUS Health Medical Alert
When you or your loved one have purchased, you’ll be able to set up the device and app invitations.
STEP 2
Call in to get an app invite
Your loved one can speak to a TELUS Health Customer Service Agent by phone to arrange app invitation for their caregivers.
STEP 3
Customize contacts and info
While on the phone with the Customer service agent, the user can customize their phone contact list and what information they choose to share via the app.
