TELUS Health MyCare Travel is provided at no additional charge to eligible TELUS and Koodo customers who have enabled Easy Roam or have a TELUS CAN-US plan, while travelling in the U.S.
Only TELUS and Koodo customers are eligible for TELUS Health MyCare Travel. You must register for TELUS Health MyCare Travel, and roam with TELUS or Koodo Easy Roam or a TELUS CAN-US plan. Otherwise, you’ll incur additional roaming charges.
Please note that TELUS Business, TELUS Prepaid and Koodo Prepaid customers are currently not eligible for this service.

- You can use this service to receive guidance in navigating your symptoms or medical questions and the healthcare system in the U.S.67
- Examples: Fever, cuts, burns, sore throat, coughing, sinus pain, body pain, headaches, dizziness, swelling, bruising.
If you need to be seen by a physician, the nurse will tell you which type of healthcare center to go to in the U.S. For example: where to find an urgent care center (we refer to them as walk-in clinics in Canada).4
- This service is not intended for urgent or emergency situations.
- Doctor consultations, lab referrals, and prescriptions (including refills) are not offered by this service.5
- All other health services not explicitly mentioned as being offered by TELUS Health MyCare Travel also can't be offered by this service.
