Easily set up your smart home security system from the comfort of your own home.

How Self-Install Works

Step 1

When you order your TELUS SmartHome Security plan, choose the Self Install option.

Step 2

Your kit will ship to your home within 4 to 6 business days. The only additional tools you'll need to complete your installation are a Phillips and Slot screwdriver.

Step 3

Download and log in to the TELUS SmartHome app to activate your account.

Step 4

The TELUS SmartHome app will initiate an interactive setup wizard that will walk you through how to install the control panel and sensors.

Is SmartHome Security Self-Installation right for you?
