AMC+ on TELUS Subscription - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your AMC+ (“AMC+”) subscription with TELUS.

The AMC+ service is operated by AMC Networks Inc., a company registered in the United States. AMC+ is a trademark of AMC Networks Inc. and its affiliated entities. AMC+ is a video subscription service that allows subscribers to stream certain video content on compatible devices via the AMC+ app or the amcplus.com website. Visit amcplus.com to see programming availability and regular pricing, which is subject to change without notice.

Your use of AMC+ is subject to the AMC+ Terms of Use, available at

, which is an agreement between you and AMC Networks Inc. Please ensure you read and understand that agreement before subscribing to AMC+ through TELUS. Additionally, you acknowledge that your use of the AMC+ service is subject to the AMC+ Privacy Policy, available at

Minimum Requirements
:

To use AMC+, you must have a compatible device in accordance with the AMC+ Terms of Use. You must set up a My TELUS account in order to subscribe and manage your AMC+ subscription through TELUS. AMC+ is offered as a standalone subscription for existing TELUS customers in Canada. You must be a Canadian resident and at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory to subscribe to AMC+ through TELUS. Compatible products and services are required. Playback quality will depend on hardware and internet connection. Existing AMC+ subscription or new subscription activation is required.

Activation
:

Once you sign up for an AMC+ subscription through MyTELUS, you will receive an activation email prompting you to activate your subscription with AMC+. The steps to activate your subscription are outlined below:

  1. A link in the email will take you to My TELUS, where you must log in using your existing TELUS credentials. If there is a delay in receiving the email, you can also activate AMC+ by navigating directly to the "Subscriptions" section on My TELUS.

  2. On the "Subscriptions" page, you will see your AMC+ subscription listed. You will need to click "Activate Subscription". You will be taken to the AMC+ site to complete your activation by creating a new account or linking an existing one. a. If you DO NOT have an existing AMC+ account, you must create a new account. b. If you DO have an existing AMC+ account, you will need to cancel your existing AMC+ subscription and wait for your current billing cycle to end before purchasing AMC+ through TELUS to avoid being double-billed and keep your watch history and preferences.

You will be charged the applicable price plus applicable tax to the credit card that you added on your My TELUS account. New AMC+ subscription activation is required. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged every succeeding month until you cancel your AMC+ subscription through your My TELUS account in accordance with the "Cancellation" section below. Kindly note that no bill will be sent to you; monthly charges can be viewed on your My TELUS account.

Any additional purchase you may make through the AMC+ service will be made directly through the AMC+ app and will not be billed through your My TELUS account. For additional information, including details on billing and changes, please refer to the
TELUS Subscriptions Platform Terms
of Use, which is part of your agreement with TELUS.

Pre-Existing Subscription
:

If you have a pre-existing subscription to AMC+ directly with AMC+ prior to signing up with TELUS, you will need to cancel your existing AMC+ subscription before activating with TELUS to avoid being double-billed.

After you have logged into My TELUS using your new or existing credentials, you can use the Subscriptions page to activate AMC+ using the "activate" button. Upon clicking the activation button, you will be able to complete activation by linking your existing account.

Cancellation
:

You will be able to cancel your AMC+ subscription with TELUS at any time through your My TELUS account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing period. TELUS may also cancel your AMC+ subscription, at our sole discretion without notice to you, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription, or violation of these terms, the

, or any applicable law by you. No refund will be given.
