How to check your mobility order status

Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email you received upon placing your order or the shipping confirmation email you received when your order shipped.

: Please don’t forget to check your junk mail if you can’t find the order confirmation email in your regular inbox.

The order number will appear in one of the following formats: ES12345678 or TD0012345.

Once you have your order number, visit our

order status page

to check the status. Once you’re on the page, simply enter in your order number and phone number, and select the button.

If you have a My TELUS account, you can view your digital order history over the last 3 months through the web or My TELUS app.

If you are using My TELUS through a browser:

If you have placed an order on

telus.com

in the last 3 months, you should be able to access the order and relevant order details.

You are now able to view all your digital orders placed in the last 3 months that are associated with that account.
