Log in to My TELUS (recommended) to fix wireless connectivity issues with your Wi-Fi modem and/or boosters.

Steps on how to connect to your Wi-Fi
These instructions will apply to most Wi-Fi devices.
Tap
Settings
to view a list of configurable items
Locate
Wi-Fi
and tap on it to view its status
Toggle the Wi-Fi button to
On
. The device will now scan for available wireless networks
Tap the Wi-Fi network name associated with your TELUS devices. Learn how to
retrieve your Wi-Fi network name
Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted
