Now that you’ve ordered your services, you’ll need to create your My TELUS login. This is used for online billing, self-serve account management and signing into the TELUS Connect App.

The next step is to download and sign into the

TELUS Connect app

on your mobile device. The Connect app is where you’ll begin the automated setup process for your home services. It’s also where you can change your network settings, get support, monitor usage and devices and more.

To begin your activation or installation process, please refer to the interactive guide below to identify your hardware configuration.

If your home has all the necessary TELUS equipment pre-installed, the fastest way to activate your services is through the TELUS Connect app. After successfully identifying your hardware configuration above, open the Connect app to begin your setup process.

If your services require you to self-install hardware, please wait for it to arrive by mail - generally within 3-5 days of your order. For tracking information, refer to your shipment confirmation email.
